Hey, summer is here again, it has a way of sneaking up on you when you don’t expect it, sometimes I get worried about what to wear in summer especially when I have an important place to go. I think of the clothes to wear, the type of slippers to go with my outfit, think of how to get my feet ready so that I can feel comfortable with my appearance. Thinking of the shoe to wear, here is what I think of when selecting my slippers or open toes shoe to combine with my outfits I get my feet ready by doing the following, so take a look and make sure you don’t get caught out this year!

Keep your toenails trim and smooth: Having your toenail trim and clean will make it comfortable for you to wear slippers or open toe shoe during summer. When cutting your nails, ensure to use proper nail clippers and cut them straight, not down at the corners as this can cause painful ingrowing toenails. File the corners and edges of your nails softly with a file to prevent any cracking of the nail edges.
Removal of hard skin: Hard skin can be a problem to some people but everyone is at
increased risk of hard and cracked skin in the summer; by taking care of your feet all year round, can prevent you from suffering from painful and cracked skin and heels. There are so many products to help you treat your feet, such as cream to remove and soften built up layers of hard skin alongside building a regular routine for hard skin enables you to have beautiful soft skin through the summer and makes you comfortable to wear and show your feet during summertime.

Foot bath: Soak your feet for ten to fifteen minutes in lukewarm water to make your feet pores open and prepare your skin for a layer of moisturiser, which will make your feet relax and healthy.
Regular and continuous care: Foot creams contain richer elements than normal body lotions. Daily use of foot cream can help you get healthy and good-looking feet. Ensure you use foot-care cream to help your feet become soft and supple.
