Here are the ingredients to make homemade Olive oil, Peppermint and Sugar Body scrub for glowing skin

Ingredients
  • 1 cup brown sugar (basic refined white sugar works in a pinch)
  • ¼  cup Olive oil
  • 15 drops peppermint essential oil

How to use
  • Mix the ingredients until you get a coarse paste. Do not heat the oil.
  • Cleanse your skin and apply the mixture.
  • Apply the mixture on skin in a circular motion to ensure you are removing dead skin.
  • Take 5 -10 minutes to massage and exfoliate
  • Wash the mixture off with warm water
  • Repeat 2 – 3 times a week for best result.
