Here are some of ways to care and maintain healthy and whitening teeth:

  • Proper Dental Daily Care: Brushing your teeth morning and night every day will ensure that your teeth do not get yellow over a period of time.
  • Using a soft toothbrush: Avoid using a medium or hard toothbrush, as hard and medium toothbrushes can only make your teeth yellow in the long run as they are more prone to strip away the perfect white enamel from your teeth.
  • Floss: Flossing once daily either in the morning or at night can help to remove the plaque and food, which is beyond the reach of your toothbrush. Flossing your teeth helps in keeping perfect white teeth.
  • Quit smoking: Smoking affect the teeth, it causes tooth discolouration, it can also cause gum disease since it weakens the immune system and makes it harder to fight any gum diseases.
  • Use a therapeutic mouthwash: Therapeutic mouthwash can help to reduce and prevent gingivitis. Rinsing your mouth with mouthwash can help to remove food particles and debris from your mouth.
  • Watch what you eat: The kind of food you eat on daily basis can either help or affect your teeth, dairy products like milk, yogurt, and cheese are rich in calcium, they help with the strengthening of bones and teeth, avoid food with lots of sugar as they can affect the teeth causing tooth decay and gum disease.
