Ways to get rid of Bags under your Eyes

The most common beauty problem!!!

Puffy eyes are swelling of underneath the eyes. Bags under the eyes or puffy eyes are common as you age; it is not a problem that requires any medical attention.

Bags under the eyes happens when the skin tissues around the eyes weaken and sag, which results to accumulation of fluid beneath the eyes causing swelling to appear underneath the eyes. 

Bags under the eyes can happen at any age and it can occur for various reasons such as stress, genetics, hormonal changes bad diet, lack of sleep and sometimes it can be an allergic reaction. Puffy eyes can be so frustrating and are one of the most common beauty problems; it is a visual nightmare for us. Here are some home remedies to get rid of puffy eyes: 
Water: The easiest way to get rid of puffy eyes is to drink plenty of water, when the body is well hydrated, there will not be any water retention that can lead to accumulation of water underneath the eyes. 

Sliced cucumber: Cold slices of cucumber are a good remedy for treating puffy eyes. Cucumber contains some properties, which helps reduce inflammation and help to tighten the skin. The remedy can also help to get rid of wrinkle and dark circle around the eyes.




Egg white: Apply an egg white around the eyes, as it dries you will feel a mild tension, leave it for 20minutes then rinse with cold water.

Tea bags: Tea bags help to soothe puffy and irritated eyes; they contain anti-irritant and anti-inflammatory properties, which can help to reduce swelling around the eyes. 

Milk: Soak a piece of cotton wool in cold milk, squeeze out the milk from the cotton wool and place on your eyes, keep it on for 30minutes, this can also work for dark circle.

Cold Spoons: This remedy is very effective, place the rounded part of the spoon against your eyes for few minutes until the spoons become warm, this will tighten up the skin around the eyes as well as relax the blood vessels. Make sure you put the spoons in your refrigerator for 10minutes placing on the puffy area.

Advice
  • Drink plenty of water
  • When you get rid of the eye bags, make sure you always have enough sleep.
  • Do not spend your free time steering at TV all day.
  • Eat balanced diet, as your diet help will prevent it coming back, the way you look is linked your diet. Eat lots of fruits and veggies.
  • Reduce your salt intake as salt retains water, which can cause inflammation and dark circle.
  • Quit smoking as smoking can cause dark circles and eye bags, dehydration and dry skin can cause dark circles around the eyes.

  2. When it comes to getting rid of puffy bags under eyes, individuals tend to make mountains out of mole hills. Havings bags under your eyes is a direct correlation of how much sleep you are getting and how healthy your diet it. Sometimes the best remedy is getting a full 7-9 hours of sleep and having a healthy diet.
