Drink plenty of water: The body needs water, small amount of dehydration reduce the body functions. Boosting your intake of water ensures skin cell formation leading to radiant skin. Dehydration leads to dull, flaky and loose skin.

Give up smoking: Smoking destroys the body internal and external organs, it makes your skin older causing lines and wrinkles.  It damages collagen and elastin, which give the skin strength.
