Eat balanced diet: Eating fruits and vegetables with antioxidants properties can help the body to fight disease and harmful effect of free radical, which can have negative effect on skin, body and the entire look. While it is very important to look after your body both in and out, it has great effect on the skin. Foods like almonds, fruits, oats; foods rich in protein like salmon, tuna, avocado and green vegetables help to nourish your skin.
Exercise: Plays an important role in our general health and wellbeing. Not exercising can lead to many health problems, which can have effect on your skin. For skin care, jogging or swimming will increase the amount of oxygen your lungs can hold and also replenish your blood circulation. Both these elements are the key to improving the vitality and vibrancy of your skin making the face brighter.
